DAY 1

Breakfast

Gluten free porridge with chia seeds and goji berries

Lunch

Grilled herb chicken salad with avocado, lettuce, snow peas, cherry tomato and cucumber with a vinegar and olive oil dressing

Dinner

Salmon with sautéed beans, carrots and broccoli with lemon and butter sauce

Snacks

Fruit apple or banana and gluten free muesli bar

DAY 2

Breakfast

Cannellini beans in Napoli sauce topped with a poached egg served with gluten free toasted soldiers

Lunch

Gluten free wrap with tuna, avocado, tomato and lettuce
